A Universidade de Vigo comprácese en anunciar a terceira edición do BIP Erasmus RADIANT: Tradition in culinary innovation: from minor to major, un curso intensivo que combinará ensinanza en modelo presencial e, tamén, virtual. Este programa está pensado para estudantes que queiran explorar a innovación culinaria combinando tradición e tecnoloxía ademais de fomentar a aprendizaxe relacionada co traballo en equipo e as relacións internacionais, todo desde un enfoque práctico.

As aulas virtuais decorrerán do 2 ao 13 de febreiro de 2026. O curso presencial terá lugar do 23 ao 27 de febreiro de 2026 na Universidade do Porto, Portugal.

New Erasmus+ call: BIP RADIANT – Culinary Innovation in Portugal
The University of Vigo is pleased to announce the third edition of the BIP Erasmus RADIANT: Tradition in culinary innovation: from minor to major, an intensive course that will combine face-to-face and virtual teaching. This programme is designed for students who wish to explore culinary innovation by combining tradition and technology, as well as fostering learning related to teamwork and international relations, all from a practical perspective.
Remember to register by 12th of December by completing the application form!
The virtual classes will take place from 2 to 13 February 2026. The in-person course will be held from 23rd to 27th of February 2026 at the University of Porto, Portugal.
