As investigadoras Paz Otero, Lucía Cassani, Antía Torres e Carla Cameselle participaron na 39ª edición da conferencia internacional EFFoST 2025, que tivo lugar entre o 17 e 19 de novembro no Porto (Portugal). A Conferencia tivo lugar na Escola Superior de Biotecnologia da Universidade Católica Portuguesa e tivo como tema principal a transición cara sistemas alimentarios sostíbeis, con particular interese nas novidades e os retos e desafíos para a investigación científica no ámbito.
Os traballos presentados polas nosas representantes forman parte dos programas de doutoramento de Carla Cameselle e Antía Torres, así coma das investigacións desenvolvidas por Lucía Cassani e Paz Otero en cadanseus proxectos posdoutorais.
Alén dos respectivos proxectos, os resultados presentados fan tamén referencia a proxectos europeos do grupo de investigación coma o UP4HEALTH e o PROMISEANG.
The AA1 Group participates in the 39th edition of the EFFoST International Conference 2025
Researchers Paz Otero, Lucía Cassani, Antía Torres and Carla Cameselle participated in the 39th edition of the international conference EFFoST 2025, which took place from 17 to 19 November in Porto, Portugal. The conference took place at the School of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal and its main theme was the transition towards sustainable food systems, with particular interest in the latest developments and the challenges and opportunities for scientific research in the field.
The papers presented by our representatives are part of the doctoral programmes of Carla Cameselle and Antía Torres, as well as the research carried out by Lucía Cassani and Paz Otero in their respective postdoctoral projects.
In addition to the respective projects, the results presented also refer to European projects of the research group such as UP4HEALTH and PROMISEANG.
