{"id":2469,"date":"2025-09-24T13:14:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T13:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aa1.es\/?p=2469"},"modified":"2025-09-24T13:16:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T13:16:05","slug":"o-grupo-aa1-e-a-universidade-oceanica-de-guangdong-consolidan-a-sua-colaboracion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aa1.es\/?p=2469","title":{"rendered":"O grupo AA1 e a Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong consolidan a s\u00faa colaboraci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nas \u00faltimas semanas, o catedr\u00e1tico Jes\u00fas Simal G\u00e1ndara da Universidade de Vigo estivo a impartir clases na Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong, profundando na cooperaci\u00f3n entre o Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n AA1 da universidade e esta prestixiosa entidade chinesa, que resulta fortalecida ap\u00f3s a viaxe dun dos principais investigadores do grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional benef\u00edciase do co\u00f1ecemento desenrolado por ambas organizaci\u00f3n, co Grupo AA1 ofrecendo a s\u00faa experiencia na an\u00e1lise de contaminantes, autenticidade alimentaria e valorizaci\u00f3n de subprodutos agro-industriais; en canto que a Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong ten o seu foco na pesca, acuicultura mari\u00f1a e tecnolox\u00eda alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa crea unha interesante sinerxia para realizar estudos sobre a calidade e seguridade dos produtos do mar (peixes e mariscos), acuicultura sost\u00edbel ou ingredientes funcionais derivados de organismos mari\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O grupo de Investigaci\u00f3ns Agroalimentarias (AA1) da Universidade de Vigo, xunto cos grupos de investigaci\u00f3n en Organizaci\u00f3n do Co\u00f1ecemento (OE7) e BiotecnIA (BIA), coordenan o proxecto <a href=\"https:\/\/promiseang-project.eu\/\">PROMISEANG<\/a>, centrado no aproveitamento de subprodutos de industrias pesqueiras e conserveiras para usos alimentarios, non-alimentarios e de aproveitamento para alimentaci\u00f3n animal. A colaboraci\u00f3n coa Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong poder\u00e1 potencialmente contribuir \u00e1 investigaci\u00f3n inclu\u00edda no proxecto PROMISEANG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-1ec490bf wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aa1.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/foto_grupo_china-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"O catedr\u00e1tico Simal cun dos grupos da Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong \/ Professor Simal with one of the groups of the Guangdong Oceanic University\" class=\"uag-image-2471\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" title=\"foto_grupo_uog\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\" \/><figcaption class=\"uagb-image-caption\">O catedr\u00e1tico Simal cun dos grupos da Universidade Oce\u00e1nica de Guangdong \/ Professor Simal with one of the groups of the Guangdong Oceanic University<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(English)<\/strong> <strong>The AA1 group and Guangdong Ocean University consolidate their collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last weeks, Professor Jesus Simal-G\u00e1ndara lectured at Guangdong Ocean University, thus deepening the AA1 research group of the University of Vigo cooperation with this prestigious Chinese institution, a collaboration strengthened by the recent trip of one of its principal investigators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This example of international cooperation benefits from the knowledge developed by both organisations, with AA1 offering its expertise in contaminant analysis, food authenticity and valorisation of agro-industrial by-products; while Guandgdong Ocean University is highly focused on fisheries, mariculture and food technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative creates an interesting synergy to address studies on quality and safety in seafood, sustainable aquaculture or functional ingredients derived from marine organisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agri-Food Research Group (AA1), together with the Knowledge Organisation (OE7) and BiotecnIA (BIA) research groups from UVigo, are jointly coordinating the PROMISEANG project, which focuses on the use of by-products from the fishing and canning industries for food, non-food and animal feed purposes.
