Los premios son un reconocimiento a&nbsp;la trayectoria profesional de cocineros, en\u00f3logos, responsables de sala, productores y divulgadores de la cultura culinaria gallega que han contribuido a su consolidaci\u00f3n. Nuestro investigador a sido galardonado en la categor\u00eda Productor, que reconoce a mujeres y hombres con oficios relacionados con el mar y la tierra que han conseguido crear productos de prestigio para la gastronom\u00eda gallega.
